Sabrina Vazquez is a founding partner at Tier 1 Strategy. She brings more than a fifteen years of experience in state government relations, including ten years at the University of Arizona, where she served as Assistant Vice President for State Relations. She led the university’s state legislative strategy and worked closely with lawmakers, state agencies, and university leadership on budget, and policy priorities.

Following her time at the university, Sabrina served as Director of Government Affairs at Peters, Cannata & Moody, where she continued to develop and execute multi-tiered legislative strategies for a broad range of clients. Sabrina’s work spans K–12 and higher education, health care, human services, and issues affecting rural communities.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of Arizona and a master’s degree in elementary education from Arizona State University.
