Ryan is a founding partner at Tier 1 Strategy.  Ryan began his nearly two decade career in Arizona politics, managing competitive legislative races before moving into policy and government affairs at the national level. He later served as a senior advisor to Governor Doug Ducey’s successful campaign and served as the Director of the Gubernatorial Inauguration. 

Ryan went on to serve as campaign manager for Senator John McCain’s re-election, guiding the campaign through a challenging cycle with disciplined strategy and execution. For the past decade, he has led Intrepid Public Affairs, building a successful public affairs firm he founded specializing in campaign consulting, advocacy, and strategic counsel. 

Ryan graduated from ASU with a bachelor’s in political science.
